The first phase of the project consisted of 70-unit (single-family detached dwellings) condominium ownership age-restricted housing development as Phase 1 on a parcel which had density based on upland soils of 103-units.
The project provided improvements consisting of a public roadway, private roadways, and associated drainage and utilities. There are also active and passive (foot trails) recreation areas within the development and a clubhouse.
A Lot Line Adjustment was also included in the project that effectively conveyed 0.81-acres.
The final phase consisted of (51-unit single-family detached dwellings) condominium ownership age-restricted housing development as Phase 2 on the parcel which had density based on upland soils of 119-units (68-units approved as Phase 1).
