The project involved on-site utilities which included, buried propane tanks, underground electric & cable, onsite septic system & well, & an underground fire cistern.
All lighting is dark sky compliant with down cast LED luminaires.
Other services provided were the completion of paved drive aisles & parking for the tenants, and a closed drainage system, along with LID stormwater management and treatment including a large gravel wetland pond.
