The project consists of a 13-lot subdivision on 92 +/- acres of land consisting of two cul-de-sacs.
The parcel is surrounded to the north by 50 acres of passive recreational uplands.
The total road length is roughly 2,300 linear feet including both cul-de-sacs. Septic-Tech wastewater systems were installed along with 2-leaching catch basins near the entrance.
